CMA Australia has organized a CPD Seminar on “Sake 101” on 22 January 2022. Sake has been brewed since 2000 years ago and as a national drink, it is a central figure to the livelihood and culture of the Japanese people. Knowledge pertaining to distilling and techniques of sake brewery spread throughout various places of Japan and now there are approximately 1500 sake breweries in the understanding towards Japanese food, history, culture and society.
